From concept to rollout, you'll champion innovative digital solutions for Gateley and our clients, including prototyping and implementation. You'll also collaborate with vendors to explore cutting-edge tools and technologies.

As an Apprentice, you will support with:
- Creating documentation such as user guides and training materials for solutions.
- Providing administrative support to Client Solution and Innovation Analysts.
- Developing and maintaining solutions based on project requirements.
- Supporting testing as part of solution launches and trials.
- Assisting with raising the profile of Gateley’s technology capability to its clients.
- Collaborate with wider Solution Delivery team in the management and delivery of client solutions.
- Maintaining open and effective communication with users and stakeholders with regards to the planning and delivery of individual solutions.
- Liaising between business stakeholders, development team members, 3rd parties, clients and others as required to deliver IT solutions for Gateley clients.
- Supporting wider IT team at times with tasks that might be outside of core role description. This is due to the fact that we are relatively small team, which is collectively striving for excellence.

The team
Gateley Plc has a dynamic and collaborative IT department. We have grown our team to over 60 staff members in total across IT Service, Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, Change Management, Engineering, Innovation and Client Solutions.
The Solution Delivery team comprises Change Management, Engineering, and Innovation professionals. The majority of the team is based in our Birmingham city centre office. The team is responsible for definition and delivery of transformational change across Gateley and IT systems/ processes improvements, as well as developing client-specific solutions, and managing integrations between systems.
The person
Applicants will need to have at least five GCSE's graded A* - C/9-4 (or equivalent), plus level 3 qualifications to demonstrate the ability to learn at this level. Suitable Level 3 qualifications include A Levels (Grade C or above), T Level (Merit or above), BTEC Diploma (Merit or above).
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and is looking to learn and progress in a career within Innovation and Client Delivery.
Please note, this role is office based and the successful candidate will need to commit to attending our Birmingham office for a minimum of 3 days per week for the duration of the apprenticeship.
