About The Role

The Role
Our business is ambitious for success and we are looking to recruit people to join Gateley Legal who are excited by the opportunity to grow the business and to help manage the strong pipeline of work. To help us achieve this we are looking to appoint an experienced legal executive or paralegal experienced in Residential Development . This role will involve directly assisting our Partner of the International Property Investment Unit.
 
The Team
The International Property Investment team consists of 6 qualified UK solicitors and 5 supporting staff. 7 of us are based in Hong Kong while the rest is based in our Manchester office. We specialise in acting on behalf of buyers/investors in their new-build and off-plan purchase. We act for majority of the lenders as the panel’s solicitors. We regularly attend exhibitions in Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur to assist buyers/investors with the conveyancing process.
We continue to develop and evolve our proposition and are looking for individuals with a 'can do' mentality to join the team.

The Person

The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to work within the residential development area and are now keen to develop their skills further in a large, growing team. With high levels of motivation and commitment to giving clients excellent service, he/she will be commercially aware, proactive and able to work alone and as part of a team. There will be daily interaction with colleagues and clients at every level.
Personality fit is critical for this role and our successful candidate will be very personable, self-motivated and a confident individual.
