The role
Kickstart your career in IT as an Apprentice Technology Innovation Analyst and join our growing Technology Innovation team. You will work alongside Technology Innovation Analysts and directly support the Technology Innovation Lead, business stakeholders and clients to help design, develop, and deliver innovative technology solutions that drive productivity and efficiency for Gateley and its clients.
This role is pivotal in supporting our commitment to innovative legal and business service delivery. You will assist with process analysis, hands-on technical solution building, and the rollout of digital and AI-powered solutions, including workflow automation and document automation. You will also help with the adoption and optimisation of platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and similar technologies.
As an apprentice, you will gain experience in a range of technology innovation activities, develop your skills, and contribute to the team’s success.
Alongside your day‑to‑day role, you will work towards achieving a Level 4 Digital Product Manager qualification. As an apprentice, you will also be expected to study and complete the agreed apprenticeship programme, ensuring your learning supports your development and success within the role.
Your responsibilities include:
- >Providing administrative and project support to the Technology Innovation team.
- >Assisting with the creation of documentation such as user guides and training materials for solutions.
- >Supporting the development, testing, and maintenance of technology solutions based on project requirements.
- >Assisting with the configuration and rollout of AI assistant playbooks and workflows.
- >Supporting the development and refinement of prompts to maximise the effectiveness of AI assistants for end users.
- >Helping to provide training and support to users on new solutions.
- >Supporting the monitoring of solution usage and gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- >Maintaining open and effective communication with users and stakeholders throughout solution delivery.
- >Liaising between business stakeholders, development team members, third parties, clients and others as required to deliver IT solutions for Gateley clients.
- >Assisting with raising the profile of Gateley’s technology capability to its clients.
- >Complying with company policies and procedures.

The person
This opportunity would ideally suit an individual with a keen interest in technology and innovation, who is eager to learn and develop new skills in a professional environment.
Applicants will need to have at least five GCSE's graded A* - C/9-4 (or equivalent), plus a level 3 qualification to demonstrate the ability to learn at this level. Suitable Level 3 qualifications include A Levels (Grade C or above), T Level (Merit or above), BTEC Diploma (Merit or above)
