About The Role

The Role
 
As we continue to expand our amazing client list, innovate in new solutions and build our teams and capability we are looking for people who want to contribute and be part of that future.

We are searching for a Principal Consultant who has the natural confidence and proven experience in networking and building relationships across large and complex clients. You will partner with a team of consultants to design and deliver tailored solutions which could include Leadership Assessment and Development programmes, compromising of one-to-one interventions as well as large scale transformational projects. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of their subject matter, along with an appetite for business development and the growing of client accounts.

ou will own a portfolio of our largest and most complex clients and be passionate about partnering with senior clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions which solve a wide range of business challenges.

Since 2018 we have been part of a larger group, when we joined Gateley PLC to help them pursue their mission to build a leading diversified legal and professional services group.

Eighteen months later we were joined by t-three, who specialise in culture and leadership development programmes and whose clients include Sainsbury, Toyota, Johnson Matthey, Ofcom and Transport for London. In this role you will get an opportunity to work across Kiddy & Partners and t-three clients and solutions. We are committed to developing one of the largest specialist people consultancy businesses in the UK. 

The Person
  • You will have previous experience of managing large clients either in a professional services consultancy or have worked in a large business in a people related role at a senior level
  • You have a proven track record of designing and delivering large scale assessment programmes for different levels of leaders (with specific experience assessing at senior leader and Exec levels) and experience of influencing and aligning challenging stakeholder groups
  • You will have significant Leadership Assessment and Development experience
  • An established high level of consultancy and coaching skills gained internally or externally
  • You will be curious, well networked and love to bring new insight and knowledge to both our clients and the wider Kiddy team
  • You will be a chartered Occupational psychologist registered with the BPS and HCPC
